LAKE PLACID — Eight grove owners north of town have banded together in a bid to trade oranges for homes. At Monday's meeting, a professional urban planner presented town council with preliminary plans that call for the eventual construction of 4,600 homes on 1,500 acres. TEMPLE TERRACE - Travelers trekking back and forth on East Fowler Avenue are going to have the opportunity to reinforce a company's catchphrase: "America Runs on Dunkin'." The Temple Terrace City Council has approved the site plan for a 2,170-square-foot Dunkin' Donuts restaurant across Fowler Avenue from Greco Middle School.
