LAKE PLACID — "This is the way you want to end your career," said Lake Placid girls soccer head coach Liz Sottile after hearing the news of her latest coaching milestone. After leading the Green Dragons to the Class 3A-District 8 runner-up trophy — the first trophy for LP girls soccer under her tutelage — Sottile was named District 8 Coach of the Year by the Florida Athletic Coaches Association. SARASOTA – The Sebring girls basketball team came into Booker High School looking for revenge. What they got was a replay. "We couldn't get our shots off or find the holes we needed to score," said Blue Streak junior Shoop. "It was exactly like last time."
