Saints WR Lance Moore vs. Bucs CB Ronde Barber Moore is having a great season, but scouts aren't all that impressed with his skill set. He is not real big or real fast, and he has a tendency to wait on the ball instead of going after it. He is just the kind of player that Barber can take advantage of and make a big play against, because Barber tends to wait for the right moment to jump a route. The Saints threw to Barber's side of the field a lot, and with some success, in the first meeting. They'll probably look to do the same again today. If they do that with Moore as the target, look for a big play from Barber. ...more

Bucs CB Ronde Barber vs. Lions WR Calvin Johnson The days of the Lions running four- and five-receiver sets are gone. Detroit has gone to a more conventional offensive approach, and the Lions are likely to stick to that approach today because it offers them a distinct advantage. Though Barber has an experience edge on Johnson, Johnson has a physical edge that the Lions are sure to try to exploit. Barber will have to have one of his best games to keep Johnson from having a big day but even then he'll still need help from the Bucs pass rushers and his safeties. ...more
