Police have arrested a second suspect in Sunday's robbery and police pursuit in which an Orlando woman died. Pinellas Park police have arrested a man after a shooting that left another man severely wounded. The shooting happened at about 1 a.m. today at 7321 Cedar Court N. Officers arrived and found 21-year-old Jose Luiz Hernandez-Monsqueda of Pinellas Park in the parking lot with a gunshot wound.
