I would appreciate information on the duties of the association cleaning common areas. For years I have hired workers to clean the dirt and mildew from my front walk and the walls around my front doorway. I know all local businesses can't wait for the "snowbirds" to arrive, and aid in the help of stimulating our local economy to last through the summer months. Well, I opened my business in April 2008 with the fear of making it through the summer even with the recent departure of the northerners. Now with the approaching one year anniversary of my business, I would like to give thanks to all the local patrons that made this past year a success for me.
