Edward Graziano wanted to be temporarily released from the Pinellas County Jail so he could attend his father's funeral, but a hearing wasn't scheduled until after the service. Graziano, who faces charges he tried to have his wife, Debbie, killed, still wants the furlough so he can travel to New York to pay his respects and to console his mother, his attorney, John Trevena, said Monday.
