Pasco detectives are investigating a rash of car burglaries in the Gulf Harbors area and so far have made three arrests and issued one notice to appear in court. Early Wednesday morning deputies responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle parked in front of 5723 Westshore Drive and found a teenager sleeping in the back of a Buick LeSabre, according to reports.
