Theo Smalling, a Hampton University basketball player who attended Bloomingdale High School, died Monday night after being accidentally shot over the weekend in Virginia. Florida State University President T.K. Wetherell will hold a news conference Tuesday to address sanctions handed down by the NCAA Committee on Infractions for academic-misconduct violations involving 61 student-athletes and three former FSU employees.
