The defendant's attorney requested that the trial, Aaron Seward vs. The Knoll Century Hill Homeowners Association Inc. be postponed. The court has rescheduled the trial for April 7. Many homeowners are stuck with paying assessments of $300 to $600 as of this month. If the plaintiff got a favorable decision on Dec. 30 when the trial was scheduled to be held, homeowners would not be forced to pay this assessment in these hard economic times.
