An insulting vote My deepest congratulations to the U.S. Senate on its vote to reject foreign medical drug imports ("Senate rejects drug imports," Nation+World, Dec. 16), especially when you consider their argument and reasons: Those foreign drugs could be ineffective and potentially dangerous.
