A man once convicted of vehicular homicide has been arrested on drug charges. Hillsborough County deputies arrested Corbin Legiles Nottingham at 10:50 p.m. Sunday. The 20-year-old Tampa man was arrested at 23rd Street and 138th Avenue and charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine, and obstructing or opposing an officer without violence.
