Carol Faessler and Darcy Hermida have a novel idea on tap. The partners are gearing up for the Nov. 6 grand opening of Bootleggers, where customers can handcraft wine, beer, liquor and soda to their own taste, "at a fraction of the cost," Hermida said. The shop provides home-brewing supplies for hobbyists and offers classes for wanna-be bootleggers. Brew parties are available after hours by appointment.
