SEBRING — A Sebring woman and her family were safe Tuesday after getting away from her husband, who reportedly beat the woman and threatened to shoot them all if they tried to leave their home. Jesus Vasquez Grimaldo, 44, of Sebring, also known as Jesus Vasquez, Jose Grimaldo and Jose Grimaldo Vasquez, was booked Monday on charges of two counts of kidnap-false imprisonment adult victim, resisting a law enforcement officer without violence, kidnap-false imprisonment of a child with aggravated abuse, three counts of cruelty toward a child with infliction of physical or mental injury and one count of battery. ...more
