Elks Lodge 2582 will hold its annual New Year's Eve party Monday, Dec. 31, at the Lodge located at 14494 Cortez Blvd. Hors d'oeuvres will be available from 6 to 7 p.m. plus an open bar will be featured from 6 p.m. to closing. Dinner will include a choice of prime rib or Italian chicken with twice baked potato, sugar snap peas, hot rolls and ice cream with cherries jubilee. At midnight, a champagne toast, and coffee and rolls will be offered. The event is semi-formal, and jackets are required. Music for dancing will be provided by Vic Thompkins and his band.
