Displaying the American flag or images of the flag has been a popular thing to do since 9/11. There is, however, a long list of do's and don'ts when it comes to how and when to fly and handle the flag or use images of the flag -- federal law, in fact. Fire that destroyed much of the Veterans of Foreign Wars post on Morrison Avenue might have done more good than harm, members say. Since the October 2007 fire, members of the Capt. Russell P. Harris/Rudy J. Santacruz VFW Post 4321 have focused on rehabilitating the building at 2010 W.
