The city council is expected to vote today on a proposal to expand Tampa's anti-discrimination laws to include transgender individuals. Democrat Barney Frank, homosexual congressman from Massachusetts, has come out to discriminate against the "transgender" wing of the party. The issue is the Employment Non-Discrimination Act that Frank is promoting which would ban workplace discrimination against gays, lesbians and bisexuals but not transgender. ...more
